Practical immunology.

Practical immunology contains three practical activities that are suitable for use in the
school laboratory. Details are included of how to carry out two different Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay (ELISA) tests (for Bordetella infection in pigs and PFB virus in Pelargoniums), and a double immuno-diffusion test for egg protein. The ELISA tests both need a special kit (details of where to buy the kits are given).
